Next Adventure: Norway Knitting Cruise
I love nothing better than planning amazing trips … and my upcoming Norway Knitting Cruise is going to be unforgettable!
This summer, I’ll be taking a small group of knitters on the Celebrity Eclipse for a 7-night exploration of Norway’s fjords, towns, and fiber hotspots, followed by a 3-day small-group tour of Amsterdam. We’ll be joined aboard ship by guest instructor Mieka John and in Amsterdam by knitting legend Nancy Marchant.
The cruise departs July 26 from Amsterdam, making stops at:
- Molde, Norway – Including a private excursion to explore the history and textile traditions of the region.
- Olden, Norway
- Ålesund, Norway – Including a private excursion to the Rauma Garn factory and the world-famous Trolligsten.
- Bergen, Norway
Onboard you’ll experience the kinds of special events we’re known for creating for our knitters, as well as knitting classes that will highlight the knitting traditions of the region.
After the cruise, you’ll have the option to add on a 3-day private knitting tour of Amsterdam that includes the highlights of the city and region, visits to Amsterdam’s best yarn shops, and a presentation and dinner with Nancy.
With only 30 cabins available for this cruise (and only 20 for the Amsterdam tour), the trip will sell out quickly. We recommend making your reservations right away!
