Sugared and Spiced Nuts

This is my holiday gift to all of you… a no-fail recipe that’s simple, quick, and produces stellar results. I make these with pecans, but you could substitute just about any nut.
Sugared and Spiced Pecans
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Beat egg white and water until glossy and stiff. Add sugar, salt, and cinnamon and gently fold to combine. Add pecans and stir until coated. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 200 for 45 min, stirring every 15 min.
Cool and store in an airtight container
