Time for Another Knitalong!

I think fall is a great time to knit hats. It’s getting cooler so we might need a new one, and it’s also the time of year when we might be starting to think about holiday presents. Hats knit up pretty quickly and are the perfect medium for experimenting with a fun new stitch pattern, technique, or cool yarn.

So my next KAL will be a hat knitalong. It’ll take place Oct 14-Nov 4, and you can choose one of my hat patterns (Stevens Creek or Shot in the Dark) and we’ll have two Zoom gatherings: a Kickoff Sunday, Oct 15 12-2pm Pacific time and a Wrap Party Saturday, Nov 4 11am-1pm Pacific time(Those are the live Zoom links so you can join at the appropriate time just by clicking on them.)

You can check out my hat patterns for yarn requirements at either my Ravelry (Stevens CreekShot in the Dark) links or the Payhip links(Stevens CreekShot in the Dark).

We’ll have chats on my Facebook and Ravelry groups that you can join, and of course there will be PRIZES! My friends at Indigodragonfly and Children of the Rice are providing some awesome prizes, plus Indigodragonfly is offering 10% off all yarns until Nov 4 with code DEVIOUS10.

If you want to be eligible for a prize, join in and post on one of the chat groups. Every post is an entry for the participants prizes, and posts of your completed projects will be eligible for the finishers’ prizes.
